SCAM ALERT!

We would like to inform you that scammers have been posing as partners, lawyers and attorneys of our firm, requesting amounts for payment of fees and/or for making court deposits.

The approach is made through WhatsApp contact with the photo of our members and the logo of our firm, to give a false appearance of authenticity to the charge and convince our clients to make bank transfers, through payments via Pix, of the amounts requested.

The scammers obtain the information by conducting searches in electronic processes, which are processed publicly, an opportunity in which these criminals identify what stage of processing the process is in and whether there is any amount pending to be received or something that simulates a justification for the approach requesting payment.

In this sense, we at Pardal & Novaes emphasize that we do not charge payments via WhatsApp and/or any other messaging application, so that all payment requests are made via email with the domain @pardalenovaesadvogados.com.br and, in order to prevent any scam situation, we ask that, in case of doubt, our clients should not make any type of payment and, immediately, contact (i) us directly by telephone number (19) 4042-5466; (ii) our partners/coordinators (iii) and/or go in person to our headquarters, located at Avenida França, nº 206, Cidade Jardim neighborhood, Piracicaba/SP.
